Blog Entry: I had known about the toxin that Aspartame contain since it had been approved by the FDA as safe for human consumption. Forget about doctor assisted suicide as moral ethical issue. Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to FDA assisted suicide!  OK, maybe you had been taught that FDA stands for, "Food Drug Administration."  Think again.  How about, "Federal Death Administration."  Its truer than fiction my friends. An epidemic rages caused by artifical sweetners, and the FDA is a major cause.  The FDA once listed Aspartame consumer complaints.  When the count reached 10,000 they scrapped the tally. By the FDA's own admission, fewer than 1% of consumers report side effects to the agency. The toxic reactions are estimated to be in the millions.  Most victims don't even have a clue that Aspartame (NutraSweet, Sweet'N Low, Equal, Sugar Twin, Sunett, Sweet One, Splenda, Neotame, Cyclamate, Corn Syrup, etc.) is the cause or a contributing factor to their many health problems. Over 90 different toxic reactions have been reported, including deaths.  Some of the reported side effects are: depression & anxiety, psychosis, brain & breast tumors, lowered IQ, mental retardation, slurred speech, impotence, infertility, miscarriages, birth defects, lupus, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, Lou Gehrig's, Epstein Barr, epilepsy, palpitations, seizures, diabetes, impaired vision, deafness, coma, cramps, spasms, seizures, insomnia, fibromyalgia, joint pain, headaches, nausea, lymphoma, chronic fatigue, rashes, burning tongue, and dozens of other disorders.  Aspartame brings appr. 80% of all complaints to the FDA, yet our "consumer protection" agency says that Aspartame is a "safe" as rain. The U.S. Air Force magazine Flying Safely reported: "The effects of Aspartame can be passed dirctly to the fetus, even in very small doses.  People have suffered disorders with doses as small as that carried in a single stick of chewing gum.  This could mean a pilot who drinks diet sodas is more susceptible to flicker vertigo or to flicker induce epileptic activity. All pilots are victims of sudden memory loss, dizziness during instrument flight and gradual loss of vision."  Pilots have had grand mal seizures at the controls of commercial flights and lost their medical certification and their careers.     Dr. Morgan Rainford explains: "Aspartame is composed of 3 poisons, aspartic acid, phenylalanine and methyl alcohol.  The first 2 are amino acids found in our food, usaully accompanied by a dozen or more other amino acids. however as isolates they are toxic." Neurosurgeon Russel Naylock, M.D. in a lecture on www.dorway.com says: "Aspartame is a toxin like arsenic & cyanide.  An excitotoxin, causing confusion, seizures, cancer and death. Exposure significantly increases formaldehyde in all  tissue including the brain and retina; formaldehyde is a powerful carcinogenic agent causing brain tumors, pancreatic, uterine and ovarian tumors.  Excitotoxic brain destruction is  a self-reinforcing spiral culminatin in Alzheimer's." Dr. Julian Whitaker wrote in his newsletter: "It makes you fat!  When you eat enough you produce a hormone which tell your brain you are full.  Aspartame defeats the brain's ability to detect serotonin, so you crave carbohydrates.  From 1960 to 76 roughly 24% were over- weight.  Since the mid '80s this has doubled to 54%.  This coincides with the massive infus- ion of artifical sweetners and 'diet' foods eaten by 75% of Americans." Richard Wilson, Stockbridge, GA: "They murdered my wife!  No words can describe the agony and horror my sweet Joyce endured.  The poison destroyed her brain, ravaged all her organs and blinded her. When NutraSweet was approved she thought it was a safe diet product, not a deadly drug.  She suffered terrible headaches, hypertension and tachycardia, gain 35 lbs. and finally became like an Alzheimer's victim, blind, no memory, a vegetable.  In 1991 Joyce finally died,  I'm a man without a wife because Aspartame is in business without a consccience.!" Aspartame (and all of its infamous cousins-especially Corn Syrup) is one of the deadliest toxins that has ever been foisted on a society.  It is in thousands of processed foods, medicines, candy, sodas, and on every restaurant table.  It should be labeled " Poison-Keep out of reach of Humans! " If it says " DIET " or SUGAR FREE " drop it like a hot potato!  Despite of devastating evidence that Aspartame is a potent poison, the FDA keeps reassuring us that Aspartame is "safe" (spelled:.... p-r-o-f-i-t-a-b-l-e)!
