We are a resource gateway and an online community
of international Cambodian Christians and friends.
Due to political instability in
Southeast Asia
in the 70’s and 80’s, thousands and thousands of Cambodians have relocated
(Diaspora) to many different parts of the world. North America,
Australia
and
Europe
, have become homes to the many. A Majority of them became citizens of their
host countries, and generally, English became a main language besides their
native Khmer. Today, the 3rd generation of Cambodians has been born. In the
US
,
California
,
Texas
, and
Massachusetts
contain the largest Cambodian community. Many Cambodians are still leaving the
country due to inter-cultural marriages, sponsorships, work provided by
developed countries, and some go on for higher educations.
This site provides many resources related to the Cambodian Christian community,
both the national and the expatriate Cambodian Christians, and the
Kingdom
of
Cambodia
.
The general public and other interested groups not only have accessed and
consistently used this site as one of their resource providers but as a door for
social networking.
We have been a successful resource center since 2001. On May 2008, we launched a
social site integrated with media, further expanding our network reach.
