Reaching out to Cambodian Christians in New Zealand
Posted On 03/20/2008 11:16:20 by siteadmin, Read 729 time(s).
I have heard of Cambodian Christian in New Zealand, but have never met one in person.

Today I have found a church with some Cambodian members and I decided to write them.

Dear Bill and Rita,

I have visited your website http://www.papbap.org.nz/cambodian.htm , and discovered that there are some Cambodians in your congregation.
I really appreciate your church and give glory to God for reaching out to Cambodians in your community. We have started a Cambodian Christian community website a few year back and now is a social network. Many songs, sermons, bible readings, videos and so on are available online in Khmer.  Please inform our Cambodian Christian brothers and sister of this resource.

God bless,
Amra P.

Hmm, I know they have a Cambodian community, but I never knew there is a Cambodian congregation in New Zealand.  I inspire the things they do in their community, and that is what we should do the same in the U.S. abroad, especially in our local Christian community.

Thanks for the website, AP.  I will check it more often.
