Correction from my previous post. Personally, I believe that the biblical New Year begin in the Spring Feasts, Passover. Most Messianic believers know that is the case as stated in the Torah of Moses. Also, the modern Jewish calendar is fixed. It does wait for the cycle of the new moon.
