Title: Cambodian SBC
Description: This year conference is a “campingconference, and the attendants need to provide their own tents, sleeping bags, pillows, etc. There will be a Tent Setter Team standing by to help set them up. We also have Security Team and Medical Emergency Team in place. Tent slot assignment will be made when attendants arrive. Special arrangements will be made for ladies with small children to sleep in the building, if they wish to do so (men will be in tents). For security reason and also that everyone can rest, there will be a curfew and light out time at night. For those who fly and cannot bring tents, please email or call us. We can help you rent them at a local store in Macon. In addition, because this will be our 25th Anniversary, our first time at the land, and our first time to have it as a camping-conference, some new, fun, and special features will also be included in the program, including camp-fires at nights, anniversary-related sessions, and special guest speakers. On the other hand, because this will be our new experience and due to our ongoing construction project, we expect that there will be some inconveniences related to the facilities. However, we are very grateful that the Lord has been so good to us and has given us so much already at the land this past year. For recreational purpose and tournaments, we hope to have a playground for the children and some ball courts ready. The next six weeks will determine how much more we can get done to get ready for the conference. Let us prepare our heart to worship Him and enjoy our time together fully!
