Classical, good melodious Cambodian music.
Hate rap and hi-hop-pop-over, heavy metal,
and all the whacky-weird wiggy-giggy stuff.

Adventures, good novel, history...

-Without faith it is impossible to please God...
-Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word
of God...
I never doubted the Bible from beginning of my
journey of faith toward God.I did encounter one
hard set back on my faith journey. This was from
the age of infant in Messiah that I took a bad
stumbling over the lust of the flesh. (No sexual
sin was involved). That experienced brought
emotional scared upon my soul. It stole the joy
of the Lord from my heart. But in faith I press
on in his truth that endures forever instead of
my feeling.
The greatest tool the Adversary likes to use against any one of us is to sow seed of doubt
by using the word of God against us, "Has God
Said"...By standing on his truths I strengthen
myself in him.

For the Word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edge sword and pierces until separation of breath of life and spirit, of joints
and marrow and passing judgments on the thought and understandings of your heart: and no creature is hidden before him, but everything is uncovered, since it has been laid bare to his eyes, to Whom an accounting by us is required. Heb 4:12,13

I was born in Cambodia. Kat O Sra Loah?
Came to the States late in 1976. Like during
in the months of Oct-December. I remember it
was cold. Lived in Iowa until I moved to Wisconsin
in fall of 1984.
All my immediate family are still in Cambodia.
None of them had die during the genocide years.
I came over with my first cousin with her husband
and at least four other families in a group.
We split up in Iowa. Some went to Minnesota and
at least two families stayed in Iowa. This is
south of Iowa City, Iowa. Iowa City population
mainly made up of University students from all
ethnic backgrounds. I guess if I want Cambodian
food I have to move back to Iowa. Plenty Asians
there of different ethnic groups.
If you want to know more about me, you can read
my personal blog which I had started to write
about my past experience in the days of being
in Cambodia at: Sorry, my blog must of closed for
being inactive for so long.Or some crook closed
it for me.
I don't speak Khmer, very little. Since there
are plenty of Cambodian language on youtube, I
try to understanding it by listening to some
'good' old traditional songs. I'm leery what they
may be saying since I don't quite understand it that well. I remember long time ago when I could
still understand the language, I started to decipher the words of a particular song and understood what it really was perhaps suggesting,
What it really be meaning, ahhhh...dirty mind.
My given name was Hom. I changed to fit in
with Americans as in Donny Sath. I like to
use my Cambodian name now that I'm being
on a Cambodian Social Net Work site.
